Program Details

Mobility- The objective of this class is to build a functional foundation for fitness and over all health by balancing the body through bilateral strength training, stretching and multi-joint movements. This balance will help decrease the risk of injury and increase your range of motion and stability as they relate to daily life activities. After all, what good is working out if it doesn’t prepare us and strengthen us for every day activity? LOCATION: ROOM B / FTZ 1 *Registered class participants must check in 5 minutes before the start of class. Your spot in the class will be forfeited if you are not present 5 minutes prior to the start of class. To ensure the class starts on time, late participants will not be permitted. CLASS REGISTRATION OPENS 24 hours prior to the start of the next day's scheduled class.
