Training sessions are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol and other various HIIT protocols. (LI – MI) 30 – 50 minutes LOCATION: ROOM C *Registered class participants must check in 5 minutes before the start of class. Your spot in the class will be forfeited if you are not present 5 minutes prior to the start of class. To ensure the class starts on time, late participants will not be permitted. CLASS REGISTRATION OPENS 24 hours prior to the start of the next day's scheduled class.
